This ambient air respirator model is explosion proof for special applications. Applicable for chemical handling and clean-up. For up to three respirators or two respirator hoods. This explosion proof ambient air respirator model has a 1 1/2 hp motor, single phase, explosion proof inculded also 115V plug and socket. * Explosion proof motors are required in hazardous environments, and there are limitations to their use. The national electrical code defines several types of hazardous environments.
