Returns are accepted only after requesting a RGA (Return Good Authorization) number. Please have the date of your original order and order number available when requesting an RGA. Our customer support representative will provide you with the RGA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the return packaging. Return authorization requests should be made within 5 days of receiving product. Please do not return any product that you have ordered without prior contact. Many products ship direct from the manufacturer and often need to be returned to the same warehouse. If you receive merchandise as a result of a First Aid and Safety Online Inc. error, we will pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied. Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving RGA number. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. We will credit your credit card for returned products, minus the restocking fee and original shipping fees, once the product has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in a resalable condition. Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products, respiratory fit testing equipment, bio hazard items or gloves. Privacy Statement: When you place an order or create a national account with us, we ask you to provide information to complete your order. This information includes your name, business name, telephone numbers, mailing address, email address and credit card information. Please note that we NEVER store your credit card number in a database accessible through the internet. We will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to any other person or organization. We use the information you provide in order to: 1) fulfill requests for products, services or information, 2) administer shopping accounts, 3) provide customer services, 4) tailor our online offerings to your preferences. All of your purchases are made in a safe environment. All of the details that you enter are encrypted.
