Dangerous Confined Spaces Must be Identified. Mark Them! Confined space locations can be sewers, tanks, boilers, crawl spaces, pull pits, acid pits, vaults, storm drains, pipelines, bins, tubs, ducts, and vessels. Entry into any of these areas may be necessary for repairs, servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
