This product offers a fully sealed system to keep dirt out and reduce spills. * Key system to best practice lubricant storage and dispensing * Sealed system protects against lubricant contamination to reduce machinery downtime * Saves money by maximizing usable lubricants * Minimizes dangerous and costly oil spills and accidents * Dispenses easily to awkward points * Speeds up lubrication jobs * Expedites filling and refilling * Includes simple color coding system to target correct application and minimize cross-contamination * Lubricant storage containers offer a fully sealed system to keep dirt out and reduce spills. * Ideal for anyone using lube oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, motor oils, and coolants. * Containers are non-reactive high density polyethylene and are built to last. They are easy to use and carry and offer a convenient content identification system. Non-rusting HDPE makes cleaning simple. * HDPE lids offer a fully sealed system using Nitrile (Buna N) o-rings. * Quick fill port minimizes exposure to airborne contaminants by eliminating the need to remove the entire lid during refilling. * Flip-switch activated breather vent eliminates the need to hold down a spring-loaded venting button. * This gives users a safe, firm grip while providing smooth-flow pouring. * "No Mistake" content identification system: Eight changeable colored bands around lid are included. * Bands match to colored identification cards in container pouch. Simple interchangeable mix & match components covers all applications and minimizes distributor inventory: * 3 Drum sizes: 2 quart (2 liter); 5 quart (5 liter); 10 quart (10 liter). Each includes clear data sheet pouch with 4 color identification cards(printed on both sides for a total of 8 color choices). * 3 Pour Lid Nozzle sizes: 0.25" (6mm); 0.5" (12mm); and 1" (25mm). Each lid includes color coding system consisting of 8 changeable colored bands which match colored identification cards on drums. * 1 Pump/Storage Lid * 1 Piston Style Hand Pump * 3 Extension Hoses: for 0.25" (6mm); 0.5" (12mm); and 1" (25mm) nozzles. * 2 sizes of optional Zippered Premium Pouches with colored identification cards. Heavier duty pouch is ideal for also holding MSDS sheets It's Easy! Just Mix 'n Match: For Pouring Applications: 1. Choose 1 of 3 drum sizes 2. Choose 1 of 3 pour lid nozzle sizes 3. Choose 1 of 3 optional hose extensions to match nozzle size. Put them together and get a container customized for you! Or for Pumping Applications: 1. Choose 5 or 10 quart (liter) drum size 2.
