Hasps

We carry several different styles of Steel Hasps to meet your lockout needs.

Safety Lockout Hasps are ideal when procedures require more than one worker on locked out equipment.

A safety hasp accommodates multiple padlocks (sold separately with shackle diameter up to 9/32"). Each worker can be assigned a padlock to attach to the hasp before starting their task. They can help ensure the energy source stays shut off by staying closed- on a switch, fuse box, lever, etc. - with multiple workers' padlocks in the holes of the closed hasp. Once each worker completes their task, they remove their padlock. The safety hasp cannot be removed from the locked out energy source until the last padlock is removed.
