Blue strip adhesive bandages by Medique are heavyweight, flexible, and latex free. The classic design of these blue band aids allows for unrestricted movement while protecting minor wounds.  Blue, Metal Detectable bandages serve two functions.

First, Hi Vis (Visibility) blue bandages are essential for food service establishments. The bright blue color is designed to stand out as opposed to blending into the skin like traditional bandages. When a blue bandage goes missing, their high visibility allows them to be quickly identified.

Second, Metal Detectable Bandages are used exclusively in food preparation and pharmaceutical processing plants. Each bandage contains a tiny piece of metal foil underneath the non-stick pad. Prior to shipment, products travel through a pre-tested metal detector. The metal foil in the bandage will trigger the metal detector if a lost bandage has been located.

Blue bandages are made of a water resistant flexible woven fabric that stretches to conform to the body.  Bandages are packaged in a dispenser box for ease of use in first aid kits. Each box contains 100 1” x 3” bandages.
