Cool off Cooling Neck Wrap will keep you cool all day long. The cooling neck wrap is quilted into four sections for an even distribution of hydration material. Simply soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes to activate the cooling crystals. The cooling crystals inside the Cool Offs work to keep you cool for days. These cool offs are lightweight and comfortable. Measuring 38" long they are the longest Cooling Neck Wraps on the market. They can be worn around your neck or tied as a headband. The unique button hole closure allows for a secure fit. Our cool off's outer shell is 100% cotton and comes in 2 colors- royal blue and American Flag.
