We ship all domestic (48 states) orders via US Post Office or FedEx Ground. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box address, therefore an actual street address is required. The US Post Office is able to deliver to most any address within the United States. Some of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacture and use their own shipping methods. If you need your order expedited, please contact our customer service department at 800-506-0091. We will be happy to provide you with expedited shipping rates to your location.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns are accepted only after requesting a RGA (Return Good Authorization) number. Please have the date of your original order and order number available when requesting an RGA. Our customer support representative will provide you with the RGA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the return packaging. Return authorization requests should be made within 7 days of receiving product.
Please do not return any product that you have ordered without prior contact. Many products ship direct from the manufacturer and often need to be returned to the same warehouse.
If you receive merchandise as a result of a First Aid and Safety Online error, we will pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a restocking fee. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving RGA number. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. We will credit your credit card for returned products, minus the restocking fee and original shipping fees (if applicable), once the product has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in a resalable condition.
- Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products, respiratory fit testing equipment, bio hazard items or gloves.
