Speakman SE-7000 is a freeze protected emergency shower that is wrapped with heat trace cable and insulation as well as jacketed allowing for easy access ABS shell there to protect the unit down to - 50 degrees F. We offer a wide range of Speakman Showers at super low prices.

SPEAKMAN HEAT TRACED COMBINATION EMERGENCY SHOWER & EYE/FACE WASH

When the temperature outside drops, it adversely affects the water flowing through your equipment. With Speakman heat traced combination emergency shower & eye/face washes, we've designed a revolutionary interior that is wrapped with our signature cable, insulated with rubber foam and protected with an PVC plastic shell to keep the unit from freezing, even to temperatures as low as -50°F. The emergency stations feature a high performance emergency shower head and eye/face wash. The Freeze protection valve, activated automatically below 40°F and protects the unit from freezing in the event of a power outage. Speakman heat traced combination emergency stations are FM & ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 approved & OSHA compliant.

Heat Traced Combination Shower with Eye/Face Wash System

FEATURES:

• Wrapped with heat trace cable, insulation, easy access shell to protect to –50°F

• Activated by Powder coated high visibility yellow, aluminum triangular pull rod

• 8 in. Diameter yellow plastic showerhead

• Freeze Valve activates automatically below 40°F

• 1 in. NPTF chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve

• 1 in. IPS galvanized steel pipe

• 1 in. NPT male, bottom supply inlet

• 20 gpm @ 30 psi

• Universal Emergency Sign Included

EYE/FACE WASH FEATURES:

• (2) yellow plastic spray outlets with automatic flow control and flip-top dust caps

• ½ in. NPT, 3-way chrome plated brass ball valve

• 4.5 gpm @ 30 psi

• Stainless steel push handle activation

ELECTRIC:

• Self-regulating heating cable with braided metal shield

• Preset, hermetically sealed single pole contact switch. Temperature range 60º to 70º F thermostat

• Closed cell rubber foam insulation

• NEMA 4X water tight and dust tight, suitable for indoor or outdoor locations junction box

• 120 vac, 60 cycle, single phase

• Electrical Classification Class 1 Division 2 GRP. B, C, D

• Ground Fault Protection: Installation will require minimum 30 mA GFPD
